Design Consultation: Collaborate with our expert design team to create or refine your artwork, ensuring it’s perfectly optimized for the DTF printing process.

File Preparation Guidelines:

READ THIS CAREFULLY!!!

  1. File Formatting:

    • Orientation: Ensure your artwork is not flipped or mirrored.
    • Accepted File Types: We accept pdf, png, tif, and jpg files.
    • Resolution: Your artwork should be between 300 and 900 dpi.
    • Size Specifications: Submit your artwork at the exact size you want it printed and include the final image dimensions in writing, as resizing is not available.
    • Color Mode: Save your files in RGB format. Any CMYK or spot color files will be converted to RGB.
    • Backgrounds: Remove the background if it should not be printed; otherwise, it will be included in the print.

    • Non-Returnable: Since all items are custom printed with your artwork, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.

  4. Color Management:

    • Color Responsibility: You are responsible for verifying your colors. We do not adjust colors, so ensure your files are saved in RGB. Check your Pantone colors, as screen displays in RGB may not match printed colors.

  5. Detail Management:

    • Fine Print: Text smaller than 1mm and intricate details may not transfer well. Add a stroke or thicken fine details to ensure they print correctly.

  6. Transparency Effects:

    • Avoid Effects: Transparency, see-through effects, and drop shadows do not print as expected. Remove these effects from your artwork.

  7. Resolution:

    • Optimal Quality: Use 300 DPI resolution for best results. Lower resolutions may appear pixelated.
    • Edge Quality: Ensure edges are clean and not pixelated.

  8. Copyright:

    • Original Artwork: We cannot print copyrighted or trademarked designs. Only submit designs that you own the rights to.

  • Transfer: The printed film is applied to your chosen fabric with heat and pressure, resulting in a vibrant, durable print.
